Privacy Policy

Our Commitment
Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect on our website, how we use it, and when we may share it with third parties.

Information We Collect
Non-personally identifying information

Like most websites, we collect standard browser data such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and visit timestamps — used to better understand how visitors use our site.
Personally identifying information

We collect personal information only when you choose to interact with us in ways that require it — for example, your email address and delivery address when placing an order.

Security
We take reasonable commercial measures to protect your personal information, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Google AdWords Remarketing
We use Google's remarketing services to advertise to previous visitors on third-party websites and Google Search. Cookies may be used to serve ads based on your past visits. You can manage your preferences via the Google Ad Preferences page or opt out entirely using browser cookie settings or a browser plugin.

How We Share Your Information
We do not rent or sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

Contractors and affiliated organisations who need it to provide our services, and who are bound by confidentiality
Legal authorities, if required by court order or government request
As necessary to protect the rights or property of Curtainspot or the public

Communications
If you've registered and provided your email, we may occasionally contact you about new features, feedback, or updates. Enquiries submitted to us may be published to help clarify responses or support other users.

E-Commerce
Customers making purchases are asked for additional personal and financial information solely to process those transactions. You may decline to provide information, though this may limit your ability to use certain site features.

Aggregated Statistics
We may collect and publicly share aggregated, anonymous statistics about visitor behaviour. This never includes personally identifying information.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time at our discretion. We encourage you to check this page regularly. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
